Thank you for choosing Ak Realtors for your room rental needs. As our business is centered around the rental of physical rooms and properties, our "shipping and delivery" process is a bit different from a traditional e-commerce store.

Booking & Confirmation:

• Once you've selected a room and completed the booking process on our website or with one of our agents, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. This email serves as your "order confirmation" and will contain all the details of your rental, including the address, room number, move-in date, and rental terms.

Key & Property Access:

• The "delivery" of your rental room is the process of providing you with access to the property. This typically occurs on your scheduled move-in date.
• In-Person Key Handover: A representative from Ak Realtors will meet you at the property on your move-in date to hand over the keys, provide a brief tour, and answer any questions you may have. We will coordinate a specific time for this meeting with you in advance.
• Digital/Smart Lock Access: For some of our properties, we utilize smart lock technology. In such cases, you will receive a unique access code via email or a dedicated app on your move-in date, which will grant you entry to the property.

Move-In Condition:

• Before your move-in, our team ensures the room and common areas are professionally cleaned and inspected. The "shipped" item, in this case, is a clean, well-maintained, and ready-to-live-in space.
• We encourage you to inspect the room upon your arrival and report any issues to our team within 24 hours.

Important Notes:

• There are no "shipping" fees associated with our rentals. Your total cost is the agreed-upon rental amount and any specified security deposits or administrative fees.
• For any changes to your move-in date or to arrange for key pickup, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Our team will be in touch with you before your move-in date to finalize all the arrangements and ensure a smooth and easy transition into your new room.
